Founder and Lead Consultant (Trainer/Coach)

Christina Alexander (she/her) is a leader living at the intersection of education, and the arts. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Barry University, Master’s from University of Miami, and is in the final 2 courses of completing a PhD in Conflict Resolution from Nova Southeastern University. With over 20 years of professional experience and training (in) justice, equity, diversity, inclusion (JEDI), Arts (Administration, Performance, Education, Production), Organizational Development/Management and Nonprofit, she brings these pieces, and more into every room.  Her passion for justice is a driving force behind her commitment to encouraging and empowering all who seek to speak true, live fairly, understand how we all have something to add to our global landscape.

Most recently, she has worked leading HR/JEDI solutions-based work for the Broadway and Off-Broadway communities.  As a consultant, she works with organizations, across industries, on JEDI, HR, ADR, Leadership Development solutions/strategies.

Christina owns a yarn store, has visited all 7 continents, and has an amazing Bernedoodle pup named Louie.

CAREY BRIANNA HART

Trainer | Coach

Carey Brianna Hart is a native Floridian, born in Miami. She graduated from the New World School of the Arts. She continued her theatrical education studying Acting, Playwriting and Directing in Chicago, Illinois at the Goodman School of Drama at DePaul University. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatrical Studies. 

 

After graduation, Carey returned to Miami to share her love of theatre with the children of the Miami Dade County Public Schools System as a drama teacher. After leaving the school system, she has continued to work with junior and high school students on a one on one basis giving private acting lessons and coaching for magnet programs and college auditions. She has also taught with the Children’s Theatre Programs of the AreaStage and M Ensemble Theatre Company. 

 

Carey has worked on stage and backstage in South Florida theatre in productions by the African American Performing Arts Community Theatre, AreaStage, GableStage, M Ensemble Theatre Company, Mad Cat, New Theatre, Thinking Cap Theatre, the Vinnette Carroll Theatre and the Women’s Theatre Project. Carey is a company member of the M Ensemble Theatre Company, Mad Cat Theatre & the Thinking Cap
Theatre.

 

Carey has worked actively with the Afro-Academic Cultural Technological & Scientific Olympics, mentoring students in Drama, Playwriting, Oratory and Poetry. She has coached numerous students who have become NAACP National ACT-SO Medalists. She has directed productions of Sisters, Shakin’ the Mess Outta Misery, Tears A Sister Cries and a live theatrical series she wrote called Whiskey Redemption. She is also the author of Dust Tracks, a one woman show of Zora Neale Hurston. 

 

Carey seeks to continue contributing to the Artistic Landscape of the World.

DR. CARMITA MCCALL

Carmita is a Social Scientist, International Presenter, and Creative. In addition to her work in public health and her workforce development projects she is also a sought-after consultant for nonprofit and for-profit organizations. She has collaborated with agencies to write, implement and report on grants/research projects, needs assessments, and strategic planning efforts. These include various fields such as maternal and child health, health and safety, workforce development and careers, youth and juvenile justice, seniors and veterans, girls in STEM, as well as arts and culture. 

Serving as a Program Compliance Auditor and Asset Management Analyst for many years, Carmita helped agencies improve policies and procedures, internal/external communication, and positive employee morale.

Dr. McCall holds advanced academic degrees in Public Administration with concentrations in Management & Workforce Development, several Health & Safety certifications, and over 30 years of professional experience creating learning experiences. Carmita’s workshops are research-based. Her Impact Training Programs (ITP) evolve to match the needs of learning groups and reflect current best practices, incorporating her own blend of education and engagement.

Carmita also enjoys incorporating her background in music and creative arts when planning public projects, educational programs, community engagement initiatives, and awareness campaigns. She served as a Cultural Arts Series Facilitator and Performer in the United States, Bahamas, The Philippines, Switzerland, and Italy.

Through her work, she seeks to improve the quality of our society and to increase the value of every project she touches. Oh… and she wants to inspire people and all that jazz!

KAMEELAH BENJAMIN-FULLER

Kameelah Benjamin-Fuller partners with executive leadership, managers, and internal/external champions to curate resilient, high-performing organizations that thrive at the intersection of strategy, culture and innovation. With over two decades of experience spanning technology, retail and consulting sectors—including leadership roles as Global Head of DEI at Dr. Martens and Chief DEI and Social Impact Officer at PTC — she specializes in aligning Human Capital Strategy with business objectives to drive operational efficiency and brand value.

 

Her expertise includes learning and organizational development, DEIBA+, social impact, talent management, leadership transitions, AI-enabled workforce solutions and inclusive infrastructure design to unlock potential, enterprise-wide. Bringing the improvisational agility of a creative producer to the rigor of corporate governance, she is committed to empowering talent, amplifying brand impact, and building the adaptive systems necessary for long-term organizational success.
